4. How long does it take to form a US company?
Usually within 1-20 business days, depending on the state and filing speed.
5. What documents are required?
We need: - Your full name and passport copy - Company name preference - Business type and address (can be our address)
6. Will I get an EIN (Employer Identification Number)?
Yes. We apply for your EIN directly from the IRS. It usually takes 1–2 weeks.
7. Can I open a US bank account?
Yes. We guide you through the process to open a US business bank account remotely or in-person.
8. Will I receive physical mail in the US?
Yes. You’ll get a US business address with mail forwarding or scanning options (if selected).
